For bookings located 2 hours or more from TW12 3XR overnight accommodation will be required the night before. This will be added to the final balance alongside any travel fees.

A 20 mile round trip is included with all bookings, after that mileage is calculated at 0.50p per mile from TW12 3XR

For weddings in London a £50 surcharge applies, this is due to the congestion charge and travel time.

Parking will be required at your venue. If parking is unavailable additional parking fees may apply and will be added to your final balance.

Bookings that don’t reach the minimum during peak season will be charged at the equivalent minimum cost.

A £100 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date. Your booking is not secure until the booking fee has been paid. The booking fee will come off the final balance.

Final payment is due within 7 days before your wedding date.

Dates are booked on a first come first served basis and can not be held without the booking fee. Dates will be open to other bookings until secured.

All trials take place Mon-Fri only at Katya’s home studio located at TW12 3XR. due to it being a small space a maximum of 2 people at any one time are able to attend so please only bring one other guest with you if you wish.
